Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or any related fieldMinimum two (3) to three of proven working experience as Regional Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor preferably from FMCG or any related sales and marketing field.Has excellent computer, analytical, communication and people management skills.Expert in negotiation and building business relationships.Results Driven and good sales planning skills.Excellent attention to details.Ability to read and analyze sales reports and market analysis. Preferably residing within GMA area

Duties and Responsibilities

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their capacity to sell; researching and analyzing sales options.Maintains good business relationships with clients by providing support and immediate feedback regarding our products and services.Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Proper coordination with our Sales Coordinator regarding customer orders and ensure on-time delivery of our products.Proper coordination with our Credit and Collection Department for on-time payment collection and remittance.Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelinesDeal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.Report to immediate head on progress and issues.Ensure achievement of sales target; monthly, quarterly and annual.
