Job Description:

With the experience of at least 3 to 4 years in the Retail / Convenience Store industry.Amenable to do fieldworkAmenable to REPORT in Grace Park Caloocanwith PACKAGE SALARY + INCENTIVES + TRANSPORTATION

Job Responsibilities:

Handling the SOUTH A stores:Monitoring and strategies to achieved monthly sales quota.Organizing cleanliness of stores.People Management (such as scheduling, evaluation, and instilling discipline and values).Maintaining zero variants.Identifying the cause of variants if any.Facilitating store auditing (weekly / monthly)Implementing and establish store operation procedureCreate and improve the operation manual.Accountable for the safety and security of the storesImplementing marketing activitiesFacilitate Training & programs for store personnel.In charge of monitoring store inventories.Maintaining proper warehousing.In charge of the opening of new stores.Looking for a potential store location for expansion.Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by the executive management.
