valuation, and instilling discipline and values).Maintaining zero variants.Identifying the cause of variants if any.Facilitating store auditing (weekly / monthly)Implementing and establish store operation procedureCreate and improve the operation manual.Accountable for the safety and security of the storesImplementing marketing activitiesFacilitate Training & programs for store personnel.In charge of mo
nitoring store inventories.Maintaining proper warehousing.In charge of the opening of new stores.Looking for a potential store location for expansion.Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by the executive management.
