about the Role

In the Sales Account Executive role, you are responsible for helping drive the company’s revenue growth. You are key in establishing the company as a differentiated SaaS platform that focuses on making businesses awesome. You will act as a closer in our sales pipeline by providing a winning product demonstration to SME business owners and lead highly effective sales conversations with potential clients.

We’re looking for curious people with a passion to keep improving themselves, who have a strong drive to move the needle and thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment like ours.

What You’ll Do

Come up with potential leads through various channels and grow business relationships to contribute to the company's top line revenue growthConduct product demonstrations that will drive value to potential customers and reach a purchasing decisionDevelop deep understanding of the technical aspects of the platform to help position the company competitively to our potential customersEnsure end-to-end completion of new business opportunities while ensuring positive resultsAdvise customers on post-sales processes and ensure handover completion to the onboarding team

What You Bring

At least 2 years of experience in Account ManagementPrior experience in creating strong results within SME businesses; SAAS and/or ERP companyHighly curious and agile individual with a solutions mindsetHas a natural ‘Sales EQ’ and the ability to communicate and build relationships with customers effectivelyA fast learner and highly adaptive on technical information and concepts
