Job Overview:
NARZO Account Manager will directly handle regional dealers which play the most important role in realme regional business. Regional dealers are also essential part of realme dealers system. As for
handlingdealers,theworkcontentshouldbeintermsofdealerrelationship;dealerstocksmanagement;
dealers brand visibility negotiation; how to achieve 30%marketshareindealerinternalsystemforthefirststep.
Afterestablishingfirstrelationshipwithdealers,RAMshouldpresentbusinessreviewforbothrealme
management and dealer itself regularly.
In addition, NARZO AM should work together with Regional Retail Manager, Regional Sales Manager and
Regional Training Manager toincreaseregionsselloutbyachievingmoremarketshareindealersystem.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years smartphone industry account manager working experiencesWith at least 1-year working experience in mobile brands handling stocks and visibility, advantage if experienced in handling and training peopleDemo
nstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure beating deadlinesMust have good written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate with ability to create and present reports and business presentatio

nFlexible working time especially for visiting dealers and supervising malls & stores.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Visibility Negotiation Propose stores brand visibility (include lightbox; showcase; 40cm*40cm exp table; 1.2m/2.0m exp table; air tower; standee; hanging signage; exclusive store proposal etc.) to dealer management regularly;
Stocks/Sales Management Supervise each local dealer stocks situation which includes all brands weekly/monthly sell-in & daily/weekly/monthly sellout & stocks replenishment principle and cycle. Propose to relevant KA or dealer if the stocks is not in good condition at once.
Expansion once start cooperating with new dealers, RAM should propose all stores effective expansion with dealer to make realme products cover all dealers stores.
Dealer Relationship Visit dealer officially with business review PPT monthly in order to make our partner realize their achievement in realme during the cooperation. In other hand, propose the shortages and BV needs to be improved to dealers to present realme in a better position in end-to-user side.
