JOB SUMMARY:

This job directly reports to the Store Operations Manager and is responsible in the day to day selling operations of the assigned store section. This includes the supervision of the selling area personnel such as Team Leader, Inventory Assistant, and Sale Associate. This job requires business related graduates with background knowledge in retail industry.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration, Commerce or any business related coursesMinimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years supervisory role in retail and sales industryBackground knowledge in sales and retail industry

​JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts daily walk about and monitoring in the selling area to maximize selling operations activitiesCoordinates with Store Operations Managers (SOM), merchandising team and support groups to ensure 100% harmonious selling operations, execution of the plans and programs, and all issues and concerns are addressed accordinglySupervises activities and performance of subordinates to ensure maximum output of the teamPrepares daily or periodic report such as Out of Stock Report, Canvassed Prices, Overstocking, non-moving items, monthly damage, and other similar reports as may be required by the SOM (Store Operations Manager)
