Job Description

Job Role: Sales Manager

Locations:

-Alabang, Muntinlupa

-Sucat, Paranaque

-Imus, Cavite

-General Trias, Cavite

-Nuvali, Laguna

-San Pablo, Laguna

-Lucena, Quezon

-Bauan, Batangas

Qualifications:

o College graduate of any 4-year course

o At least 1 year work experience in a managerial position in the field of sales (real estate industry)

o Must be skilled in sales planning and execution

o Must have strong leadership and people management skill, being able to lead, recruit, and assist a group of Property Specialists

Responsibilities:

o Ensure complete number of Property Specialists at all times

o Set goals for the team and ensure activation of all team members

o Conduct coaching and training to Property Specialists regularly

o Create quality sales activities to increase lead generation

o Meet required sales target every month
