SALES COORDINATOR
The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating all sales-related transactions between PFMC and the customers. The Sales Coordinator communicate customer concerns and complains to the Trade Team to provide solutions and address concerns. Moreover, he/she is responsible for coordinating the collection and tracking of pending customer payments, applications, and other transactions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. FACILITATE ORDERS OF PFMC FEEDS CUSTOMERS TO SUPPORT THE SALES INITIATIVES
1.1. Follow up and accept orders, update prices, stocks availability status, and delivery status of all customers in the assigned area.
1.2. Create Sales Orders and Delivery Orders and facilitate forwarding of unreleased SO to Head Approver once SO is released.
1.3. Coordinate with Head Miller about production planning and monitor warehouse inventory and flour aging.
1.4. Help follow-up customers regarding CAF documents.
1.5. Coordinate with TSRs for customer concerns and complaints.
1.6. Prepare sales reports and other required reports for management
2. COORDINATE COLLECTION AND TRACKING OF PENDING PAYMENTS, APPLICATIONS, AND OTHER CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS
2.1. Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding customers’ credit line and status.
2.2. Review customers’ accounts and help follow up on payments, applications and reconciliations.
2.3. Process Warehouse Stock Receipts, Return Delivery Orders, and Transaction Amendment Forms.
2.4. Countercheck documents for trucking subsidies of certain customers.
3. ConFORM WITH REGULATORY AND STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS (standard for all)
3.1. Practice Corporate Values, SOPs, GMPs
3.2. Conform to corporate quality requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements
Education:
· Graduate of any business course
Work Experience:
· At least 1-year experience in sales
Skills:
· Good Interpersonal skills
· Good communication skills
