The Merchandise Manager is responsible for the formulation of financial, marketing and promotional plans and strategies in order to meet sales objectives. The MM ensures profitability, efficient operation and continued sales and margin growth of his/her brands and/or categories under their Merchandising Division. The MM coordinates with other functional groups to ensure effective implementation of the plans for the brand/category.
