JOB DEscriptION:
Provides sales support to Brokers Department including but not
limited to the following, to ensure that Gross Premium Written (GPW) target is met on a monthly and yearly basis:
1. Client Interface/Business Solicitation_
2. Secure underwriting approval and/or RI /confirm/iation
3. Proposal preparation and submission to broker/client
4. Policy issuance and delivery
Prepares instruction to issue policy Insurance Request Form
(IRF); secure underwriting notation and distribution
Encodes policies for issuance (Polisy Asia)Prepares/encodes manual and/or collective policiesPrepares premium billingsPrepares Transmittal Forms and schedule delivery of policiesPrepares Debtor Adjustment Request Form (DARF)Maintains records for valued accounts or accounts with
special conditions
Prepares reportsExercises sales acceptance authorities with prudenceAttends to queries for simple fire, casualty, motor, engineering and
other lines via e-mail, telephone call or walk-in transactions.
Visits Brokers/clients on a regular basis to strengthen relationship.Attends to basic claims inquiries, e.g. docu
mentation
requirements; and updates on claims status.
Coordinates with Credit and Co
ntrol Unit for Unapplied Bank Credits (UBCs), accounts with checks/CWT’s for pick-up, accounts for
cancellation, and the like.
Coordinates with Claims Department for policy copy requests.Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
