1. Performs calibration, set up, installation and repair of assigned medical equipment (basic and medium category).
2. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance including electrical and mechanical safety component of the medical equipment.
3. Coordinates the testing, commissioning, evaluation and corrective maintenance of the medical equipment with the Engineering department.
4. Guides and educates other professional hospital staff the proper use and maintenance of biomedical equipment.
5. Assists other medical equipment staff in performing maintenance and repairs of biomedical equipment.
6. Prepares and submits monthly accomplishment report.
7. Performs electrical related installations and other repairs if needed.
8. Conducts inventory of equipment in the assigned area including quantity and functionality.
Ensures that all assigned equipment is clean and maintain its functionality.

Education:
Completion of relevant two years studies in college or Completion of relevant medical laboratory technician course
Training:
Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience:
