Job Description
The Reporting Specialist is responsible for in-depth analysis of client/program-specific business needs and the design, development, and delivery of solutions to meet those business needs. They also focus on continuous process improvement, execution, and delivery.
Functional Responsibilities
Provides cost-effective solutions that allow for rapid product and service introduction, are scalable, and enhance the customer experience while ensuring data integrity and/or maintaining system stability.Accountable for timely resolution of support issues involving account/program-related systems and processes.Establishes regular communication with counterparts o
nshore to maintain co
nsistency and streamlined processes, as well as enhance business performance through co
ntinuous process improvements.Accountable for analysis, implementation, docu
mentation, testing, and communication on simple to moderately complex projects, such as providing input on assessment and planning activities, observing risks, threats, and challenges to service delivery, and presenting relevant updates to various stakeholders of the program/account.Closely mo
nitors and creates overall program scorecards and performance with the assistance of the account/program leadership and support team, and maintains co
nstant collaboration with cross-functio
nal teams to achieve program/account objectives.Shares best practices within the assigned program/account and o
nshore support team.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of solid experience in crafting, generating, and presentation of reports in a BPO/call center/shared services industry.Intermediate to advanced knowledge in using Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.Background in creating dashboards using business intelligence/data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, SiSense, Domo, and other programs) is a must.Must be flexible to be assigned to any TELUS site in Manila on shifting schedules.Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized.
