We have recently acquired several new global contracts and TRT is now recruiting for personnel with strong client service experience to be part of our Reactive - Value (Supply) Chain Team in our Global HQ in Pampanga Philippines.

Job Functions:
The Reactive Value Chain Administrator (RVCA) is responsible for on time processing of reactive purchase order requests (RPORs), quote only purchase order requests (QoPORs) & inventory movement request shipping (IMRS). The goal is to make sure the part will be available to meet the TRT to client’s service level agreement (SLA). The client & supplier locations are not only in the Philippines but are located across the different countries around the world. RVCAs are also expected to other administrative tasks such as data encoding, documentation, etc.
Primary Workflow:
1) On time processing of reactive purchase order requests (RPORs), quote only purchase order requests (QoPORs) & inventory movement request shipping (IMRS) by performing the following items. The goal is to make sure the part will be available to meet the TRT to client’s service level agreement (SLA).
a. Initial review and disapproval/approval
b. Quoting, negotiating, evaluating & selecting recommended supplier
c. Coordination with service partners for sourcing & shipping arrangements
d. Seeking approval from executive team by sending complete information with recommendations. See item 2
e. Ordering, processing of required documents & tracking of shipment. See item 3
f. Invoicing reconciliation and settlement
g. Daily reports of current open reactive purchase order requests (RPORs).
2) Provide advice to executive team if proactive replenishment POR is recommended along with the reactive POR.
3) Obtain timely customs release and other government agency releases as appropriate, arranging delivery, and insuring invoicing for services is completed accurately and within the timeframe consistent with the import account and company policy.
4) Provide update every shift on the reactive purchase order requests (RPORs) status on NetSuite. Including but not limited to the following information:
a. Parts movement status
b. Tracking number
c. Estimated time of arrival
5) Heads up & provide work arounds to shift manager if the initial POR or IMR cannot meet the SLA. Work around could be:
a. Do another sourcing by raising 2nd POR reactive
b. Shipping part from another warehouse by raising IMR shipping
Required Deliverables:
1) On time availability of part based on service level agreement (SLA).
2) Provide work arounds and recommendations for any potential missed SLA.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess a college Degree.
· Having 2 years up of experience in logistics.
· Thorough working knowledge of statutory importation regulations and best industry practices, application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Professional certification would be an advantage.
· Ability to handling numerous tasks within limited timeframes in a structured manner.
· Excellent problem resolutions skills.
· Possess positive attitude and a team player.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with the Supply Chain Team, other departments, and the Executive Management.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
· Willing to be assigned in Clark Global City Office & work in shifting schedule.
