As a Cooperative Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Legal Services Head by ensuring compliance, implementing rules, and other regulatory agencies for the continued existence of the Cooperative, and other affiliate cooperatives.
Tasks will include:
Preparation and update of all legal docu
ments in compliance with the different regulatory agenciesCoordination and ensuring proper compliance with the regulatory agenciesFacilitation of fulfillment of administrative legal requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Legal Management/BS in Cooperatives with experience and familiarity with Cooperative structureKnowledge of CDA regulatory, operatio
nal requirements, and implementing Rules and Memorandum CircularsKnowledge of DO-174 and its implementing rules
