Regularly maintain accurate records of customer interaction including updating internal systems or other reporting devices as agreed with your line manager.Provide and update customers with most current details for all customer support channels and initiatives.Meet or exceed any KPIs designated by your Direct Sales Manager in relation to your roleMaintain and build on your knowledge of the telecommunications Industry and relevant changes that occur.
