The Sales Tracking Specialist (or Commissions Analyst) supports the Sales Planning and Compensation manager with the calculation of the Sales Commission Eligible Amount for all ICIS eligible staff, maintains the integrity of the Sales Commission plans, manages account assignments and hierarchies in the sales systems and helps to administer changes and process and review anomalies raised, and performs Sales/Marketing/Business analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is a must (any field)At least 2 years relevant experience with auditing or complianceWorking knowledge of MS Office applications, especially ExcelWorking knowledge of CRM (Salesforece, Power BI) and Tableau is a plusPresentation skills (nice to have)Basic attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify problem areas when reviewing numeric information, to see patterns, trends, or missing pieces, identify the similarities in current/past scenarios, and question inco
