Sales and Collection Management – achievement of periodical (month, quarter and annual) growth and sales targets and ensuring collection of accounts receivable within the allowed credit terms. Field and Trade Demand Creation/Promotions – prepare and execute an effective demand creation plan for various industry stakeholders and trade promotions to support POG (Product-on-Ground) targetsSales Team Management – building and development of high-performing and highly competent team members

Customer Relations Management
Identify, co

Business and Market Intelligence Gathering and Reporting
Provide relevant market and industry information – competitor sales performance, pricing, manpower movement and marketing activities, market trends and developments, government programs and activities, etc., on a timely and regular basisAnalyse gathered information and make necessary recommendations to the company
Profile Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business/Management/Marketing or equivalentAt least 5-10 years of experience in sales management preferably from the Agriculture industryMust be willing to travel
