Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of our clients’ marketing campaignsProvide support in organizing various projectsEmploy marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) including brand engagement: reach, follows, likes, views for social media channels.Provide key analytics on the performance of the social media properties as well as the performance of specific campaignsUpdate spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial informationAssist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their successPrepare and deliver promotional presentationsCompose and post online content on websites and social media accountsWrite marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market · Provide exceptional client serviceProvide key analytics on the performance of the social media properties as well as the performance of specific campaigns Manage the content for brands, across all relevant channels, Instagram, Facebook, linkedIn, and YouTube.Regularly produces or work with artists / agencies to publish content, such as short videos and stories related to current brand campaign executions Monitor digital campaigns process, maintain weekly report (ROI, engagement, pay per clicks) to stay organized. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or other related courses. At least 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Specialist or any relevant experience Proficient in graphic design and video creation/editing through use of software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing Proficient in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail. Familiarity with Google Analytics and developing AdWords CampaignsExcellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical and multitasking skills
