We are looking for experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and oversee Manulife Philippines’ and affiliates’ public websites, support digital acquisition campaigns, and drive actionable insights from digital marketing analytics.
Manage Public Websites
Serve as webmaster for the Manulife Philippines website, as well as affiliate websites.Manage overall website performance, including developing and implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy to increase organic traffic, and achieve annual Digital Marketing goals.Oversee optimization of PWS, including site flow and content, updat
es, designs, enhancements and overall user experience. This includes supporting brand and digital campaigns through creation of PWS landing pages, lead forms, etc.Work and collaborate with accredited third-party agencies, vendors, Region office counterparts to ensure completion of tasks and achievement of goals.Ensure that all web properties adhere to Manulife’s established branding & design standardsEstablish operatio

Manage Digital Marketing Analytics
Analyzes, measures, reports, and optimizes media spend to increase cost efficiency and drive sales.Measure and report performance of websites, digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)Utilize existing (e.g., Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge) and new tools to generate insightsIdentifies industry and non-industry trends, insights, and optimizes spend and performance ba

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
At least 3 years of work experience in the areas of Digital Marketing, specifically management of websites, SEO, and digital marketing analytics (e.g. Google, Adobe Analytics)Well versed in building visualizations for data analysis (e.g. Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI)Basic understanding of full-funnel marketing including paid media analysisExperience or knowledge in UX design is a plus (e.g. Web UX design)Experience in working with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Campaign, etc.) is a plusHighly analytical, creative, and organizedSelf-motivated and customer-focusedTeam playerCritical-thinker, with good problem-solving skillsGood project management skills; able to deliver multiple requirements on timeFlexible, results oriented and able to work in a fast-paced enviro
