nment by establishing and enforcing organisation standards;Observing follower engagement and building a report on their behaviours.Researching new social media trends and toolsKeeping abreast of current events and pop culture to better understand user behaviour.Keep a pulse on the HR TA efforts and whether these are in line with what we have set out to achieve.Communicate with respective department for any system/technology issues and concerns.Support in training initiatives / deliver training to employees as and when needed.Keep track on adherence to Social Media Work Flow Process and manage team deliverables dailyAny other task that will be assigned as needed.

Graduate in any discipline with additio
