The Marketing Automation Senior Specialist is a key member of the Platform Team. In this capacity, you will be a technical expert supporting our vision by creating remarkable solutions for consumers while building relationships of trust and loyalty.What you will work onAs a Marketing Automation Senior Specialist you are responsible for supporting email marketing and campaign initiatives of Emerson Commercial Residential Solutions. You will help also and provide technical, functional and data related support for the Marketing Automation tool and collaborate and communicate with Digital, Marketing and IT Business Groups, Directors and Managers.Work on day-to-day Email Campaign requests.Ensure accurate, timely execution of assigned campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders.Attend scope reviews to learn about the details of the project.Create custom reports or modify existing reports based on requirements of the user. Create marketing automation assets such as campaign, forms, landing pages, segments, and Email Groups. Create or assist in creation of email templates.Participate in quality assurance and audit of marketing automation/campaign assets.Prepare the data that would be required for the proper operations of the Marketing Automation Software to include the following process What you will need:Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year course with a degree in Computer Studies, Information Systems (IS)/Information Technology, or Computer Engineering3-4 years of experience in Digital MarketingCapable to handle projects (small scale project management)Excellent knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavascriptExcellent knowledge in Excel data managementComputer application skills such as MS Office Applications and other Business Systems and ToolsFamiliarity or have worked with Email Campaign Management or Marketing Automation tools such as Eloqua Marketing Cloud is a plusKnowledge in Photoshop or related tools is a plusFamiliarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing system is a plusWho we are looking for:Front-end development experienceGood command of the English language and is able to communicate effectively, orally and in writingStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAbility to make informed decisions based on historical knowledge, product information and interaction with other departmentsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projectsAbility to perform duties with minimal instruction or supervisionAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel, co-workers, subordinates, and business professionalsHas a thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures and the use of office machines and equipment
