It manages, distributes and retails over 120 beauty brands such as Beiersdorf, Burberry, Clarins, Ferragamo and Shiseido Group. Luxasia also have joint ventures with the Coty Group, the LVMH Group, Yves Rocher, the PUIG Group and Elizabeth Arden. Together, we extend our reach to Asian consumers.

Luxasia is in the process of transforming its customer relationship management systems and is looking for people who want to join and grow with the businesses success.

Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Digital is responsible for the success of the content in Luxasia’s omni-channel marketing program. They will be part of regional team who work with our brands and brand managers to plan, coordinate, execute and measure campaigns that drive the consumer engagement and return on investment.

THE ROLE:

Create high-quality designs and e-mail templates for luxury beauty and fragrances brands all over AsiaDesign landing pages for data collection and lead generation efforts of luxury beauty brandsContribute in design research, mood boards, and brainstorming for Digital CampaignsDesign static and animated social media ads for brand campaigns in Lazada, Shopee and other marketplacesDesign overall look and feel for official stores in Lazada, Shopee and other marketplacesRequirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

At least 1 year working in an Agency, Brand or Vendor planning and executing creative omni-channel marketing campaigns. Fresh Graduates with Creative Portfolio are welcomeExperience beauty, retail or luxury goods preferredWorking knowledge of all the facets of omni-channel especially email or social campaign development and implementationStrong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)Familiarity with CRM systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office softwarePhotography and video skills are an advantage

Proven ability to execute the creative elements of marketing campaigns in a fast paced environmentEnergetic and passionate, with a strong motivation to ensure projects succeedCreative thinker with excellent time management and problem-solving skillsFlexibility and ability to adapt to changes quickly; always willing to roll up sleeves and get things doneSelf-starter with strong interpersonal skills who works well within a team and independently as needed
