QUALIFICATION

Eligibility:

Career Service Professional (CSP) or RA 1080 or any appropriate eligibility for second level position.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, Penology, Police Science, Police Admin., or other Related Fields.

Training:

Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training

Work Experience:

Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in probation or other related work

Competency:

Expert in Investigation and Supervision, Adaptability (Expert level); Expert in People and Information Management, Efficiency in Oral and written Communication; Process management, Decision Making and Problem Solving.
