Key Accountabilities:The Email Marketing Specialist will be mainly responsible in supporting the creation, testing, execution, and delivery of global and regional marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:Marketing AutomationCreating email campaigns/landing pages using HTML and/or Eloqua templates to fit the content and plan of the regionSetting up and implementing multi-step campaigns including A/B TestingEnsure tracking all of email links are in place and follow a QA checklist for all email campaigns.OMC helpdesk support – answering and handling ad hoc queries & trouble shooting from regional OMC teams.Developing and coordinate list segmentations for upcoming campaigns using exclusions to avoid conflicts and scheduling rules.Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of campaigns following the marketing calendarSupport Team Lead in ensuring modules, guides, and workflows are up to dateProject ManagementDevelop Eloqua assets based on the campaign requirementsProvide status updates and campaign requirements, coordinate and agree timelines as necessary for assigned projectsReporting/AnalyticsGenerate email and campaign engagement report and present findings and insightsAny other duties as assigned by project manager/team leadRequirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any Business-related coursesJob Related Experience:2-4 years of cumulative experience in email marketing, hands-on experience in developing HTML emails and landing pages, and marketing automation.Specific knowledge:Marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred)Reporting/AnalyticsIntermediate knowledge in HTML/CSSKnowledge in using Javascript is a plus but not requiredAdobe Photoshop and Adobe DreamweaverIntermediate knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Campaign Planning and ConceptualizationUnderstand email standards and privacy laws: SPF, CAN-SPAM and GDPRKnowledge using Oracle Sales Cloud or Salesforce CRM/any sales management toolSkills:Positive attitude towards work, good inter-personal skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsEffective time management skillsProblem solving skillsWork location: Circuit Makati (currently in WFH set-up until further notice)Schedule: 3PM to 12MN
