What is the overall role?
The Brand Manager shall perform the following functions:
Drive the growth and profitability of the brand/brands assigned to him/her in accordance with the company’s strategic thrust and objectives.Build the brand’s equity in accordance with portfolio/category strategyDevelop the activities in support of the brand’s 3-year agenda

Establish market size, value, segments, competitors, shares, and other information required to prepare an effective marketing plan.Review existing co

What are the qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or any business courseWith at least cumulative 7 years experience in a brand management role; at least 3-4 years experience in Brand Marketing Management from a co
nsumer goods company as an Assistant Product Manager to Product Manager (supervisorial) capacity.A multinatio
nal experience combined with a Filipino company is an advantage, however, not required.Experience in related disciplines such as CMI /Trade Marketing / Sales are valued, but not required
