EMAPTA seeks an experienced, versatile Senior Multimedia Designer for a successful finance-based consulting firm in the United States that’s rated #1 in its field of expertise. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll provide creativity and aesthetic sense to create thoughtful campaigns that meet organizational goals.

Whatever the business objective, you’ll touch almost every type of creative asset across both new and traditional media to bring messages to life: social media images and infographics, gifs, and animated logos, posters and brochures, newsletters and interactive documents, hype videos and “talking head” clips—you’ll shape them all.

Your responsibilities: 

Create a wide variety of graphic design, video, and motion design deliverables that speak to target audiences and achieve campaign objectivesWork collaboratively and creatively with the marketing and recruiting teams to develop and execute strategic campaignsEnsure that all materials consistently adhere to company brand standards and represent the company in the best light possibleOperate efficiently and effectively with multiple open projects in a fast-paced environmentContinuously scan the environment to stay abreast of digital trends and cultural themesStress-test deliverables against branding and messaging goals; give and receive feedback, and maintain openness to others’ perspectivesParticipate actively in project tracking and campaign performance monitoring effortsdocument processes and share best practices

Your qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experiencePossesses at least 5 years of progressively responsible business-oriented design experienceIntermediate to advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc. with some experience with Premiere Pro OR This document is classified as UNCLASSIFIED by the company of EMAPTA advanced skills in similar programs with the ability to rapidly upskill on Creative CloudIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint; intermediate skill in Microsoft WordAgency experience a plusHands-on experience with UX/web/app design helpful
