Job Description

Discover prospective clients using variety of sales tools such as cold calling, direct emailing, etc.Act as the focal point for all marketing activities, webinars, programs and receiving all leads and being able to execute in calling these leads and endorse them to the right sales person.Organize marketing activities with global marketing teamPrepare sales materials and marketing materials for sales and potential customersManage inbound and outbound communications including customer inquiriesDevelop sales opportunities by researching, identifying potential account, and assist Business Development manager arrange meeting with prospective customersComfortable talking with prospects and internal/external customers and building relationships and monetizing them.Align with Sales and Marketing teams to meet regional objectivesAchieve key metrics for sales growth on a monthly and quarterly basisISR will be directly reporting to the Sales Director and dotted line to the Marketing Head in ASEAN.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of sales experience as Inside Sales Representative, Lead Development RepresentativeConfident in engaging in conversations with new prospects over the phoneMust be self-driven and determined with well-developed interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skillsUse of CRM required, previous use of sales enablement/engagement tools preferredProficient in the use of email, with good written and verbal communications skillsFast learner and detail-minded who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goalsCandidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalentFluent in conversational English
