Job Description:The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the processing of closed deals opportunities by our Sales team.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Capture sales opportunities and collate all the required documents in SalesForce.2. Review and validate the documents – ensure that all the relevant required supporting documents endorsed from Salesforce Opportunity are complete, correct, and true.3. Sales Quotation (SQ) creation – input all the needed information from the signed proposal to SAP Business One.4. Route internal documents related to sales opportunities.5. Processing of aftersales related to: termination, upgrade, downgrade, and renewal.6. Closed Deals Monitoring and daily productivity report.Qualifications:1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.2. Working experience in the related field is a plus but not required for this position3. Computer literate, keen to details, and with high sense of urgency, customer oriented, and team player.4. Must be willing to work full-time
