Responsibilities:

Responsible for acquisition of Group Life accounts, maintain key relationship with Clients, Brokers and Partners. Achieve the defined sales target with the end goal of increasing the company’s profitabilityLiaise with Analysis & Control Team regarding pricing and servicing propositions for Clients, Partners and BrokersTrack and tap both new and existing clients with growth mindset of increasing the company’s revenueAttend to administrative functions associated with the development and expansion of the assigned distribution Sales portfolioBuild and maintain relationship with Clients, Partners and BrokersStrong interpersonal / relationship-building, communication, presentation, prospecting, negotiation, account management and time-managementWilling to travel, can work on flexible hours (from time to time) and with minimum supervision, results-oriented, attentive to details, team player

Qualifications:

Preferably with at least 3-5 year of Insurance Sales experience, Customer Service, and Account ManagementCollege graduateComputer skills (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferably with Life Insurance training or at least attended to related seminars
