Job Description

Be part of the Manila sales team, one of Southeast Asia’s fastest growing technology company. As a Sales Account Executive, you'd be responsible for helping to drive company’s revenue growth and establish differentiated SAAS platform that focuses on making businesses awesome. You will act as the closer in our sales pipeline by engaging in conversations and conducting product demonstrations with SME business owners.

Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in managing sales teamsExperience in a technology, B2B, SaaS companyHands-on experience in using ERP SystemStrong knowledge of management methods and techniquesStrong communication and pitching skills in selling our products to potential clientsSolid knowledge and skills in customer orientation, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systemsHigh adaptability to changing requirements and able to collaborate across departments to quickly deliver solutionsAble to make decisions based on desired outcomesAbility to think strategically and to leadAbility to deliver goals and direction clearlyExcellent speaking, reading and writing ability in English and Tagalog

Responsibilities:

Develop sales plan in order to achieve revenue targets within the teamOversee and evaluate the performance of Sales Account ExecutiveHandle escalated customer complaints regarding sales and serviceDerive metrics and dashboards required for each function in order to obtain the data requiredMeasure and analyze actionable insights across the StoreHub Ecosystem through quantitative and qualitative dataProject sales and determine potential revenue of product and servicesPlan and coordinate trainings for the teamHave clear understanding of the team’s situation and plan resources accordinglyInterview Account Executive applicants and train new hires
