ntract price and payment schedule presented to and signed by the buyer during closing of saleapproves the reservations made through IHS by checking the correctness and completeness of reservation requirements; disapproves if incomplete coordinates with Data Co
ntrol Unit on the re-opening of declined reservations in IHScompletes the reservation process using the SAPcompletes the information in Customer Masterfile in SAPcreates Quotation in SAP prior acceptance/transmittal of reservation paymentcreates Sales Order in SAP upon closing of reservatio
