Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical campaigns across multiple channels to generate high volume of leadsDeliver creative and innovative marketing solutions that reasonate with the target audience.Ensure marketing solutions deliver the required impactKey Result Areas : Marketing Principles, Brand Strategy Development, Advertising & Promotions, Product Forecasting & Inventory Management, Market Data & Research Analysis, A & P Budget ManagementExperienced in in handling ethical and consumer healthcare products , assuring availability in both pharmacy, hospital and e commerce channel.Build both ethical and consumer marketing plan to develop product growth and performance in the market.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.At least 5-7 Year(s) of solid working experience in Marketing preferably gained from Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry.Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Creative, Innovative and goal-oriented.Experience in leading campaigns, developing content and reporting various marketing metrics.Strong in e-commerce, digital marketing, media strategy consumer healthcare/fmcg, background is a must
