Job Description
Proficiency in English C2 in the European Language frameworkBachelor’s Degree in any course or field.Minimum 2 years of managing end-to-end multi-account global operations in a global BPO company (either CX or CM)Minimum 2 global BPO companies in the employment historyShould have advanced knowledge in the BPO industryShould have Strategic planning skills, Financial Management skills & Commercial Management skills.Proficiency in Operations Management: performance management, quality, training, WFM, operations forecasting, and reportingSecures delivery of Conectys business results, targets, and KPIs in the managed site;Secures implementation of Conectys policies, processes, procedures, and strategic/tactical / action plans in the Delivery SiteSupports business forecasting and reporting for the managed site;Liaises with peers in other departments and operations teams to support Conectys Strategic PlanningManages the site’s team performance and resources;Represents Conectys in front of clients, prospects, and governmental bodies in relation to Conectys operations in the managed site.
