The Human Resources and General Affairs Department is created to develop and deliver people management strategies which support achieving the overall aims and objectives of the organization. It is mainly responsible for identifying HR priorities and delivering initiatives that will strengthen employee relations, ensure compliance with current employment legislation and maximize learning and development.
The Human Resources and General Affairs Jr. Officer is responsible in delivering day-to-day HR operation and office administration.
Human Resources
Talent Acquisition
· Source qualified talents thru various recruitment channels
· Conduct initial screening of applicants
· Administer job offer, pre-employment requirements and contract signing
Employee Benefits
· Administer timekeeping and assist in payroll concern
· Process government mandated benefits such as loan application and government benefits claim and company benefits such as HMO, leave management and allowances.
Employee Relations and Engagement
· Assist in disseminating company policies and regulations
· Assist in the delivery of employee engagement activities
· Champion healthy work environment
· Monitors HR Trends (attendance, compliance to policies etc.)
HRIS
· Manage HR Database and 201 files (pre-employment requirements and personal information of employees)
· Perform other administrative related tasks
Government Compliance
· Administer completion and submission of DOLE , SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig reports
Support in completion and filing of SEC documents
General Affairs
· Coordinate with Property Management Office in relation to building regulations requirements and compliance
· Administer payment request and requirement of HRGA partners and suppliers
· Administer procurement of office requirements
· Assist in administration of third party agencies and their staff
Basic Requirement
1. Educational Background
· Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business/Office Administration, or any related field.

· At least 3-5 years working experience in human resources and office management
