Recruitment Functions

Ensure an effective recruitment process by way of best practice End to end recruitment processWork with the campaign to streamline the recruitment processConducts calibration meeting with clientOn boarding HR and Recruitment reporting

HR Admin & Engagement: 

Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirementsKeeps employee records up to dateMaintains approved positions along with assigned salary grade levelsProcesses personnel action forms and assures approvals and disseminates approved formsMaintains a spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and allowancesPrepares paperwork required to enrol employee in payrollProfile creation in the payroll systemUpdate and create schedule template in the payroll systemUpdate salary and other personal information of the employee in the payroll systemOff boardingCreates and support engagement activities by executing programs and ensure participation of employees

What you’ll bring in: 

Proven working experience as HR Generalist or equivalent in a BPO Set Up for at least 2 yearsPeople-oriented and results-drivenDemonstrable experience with Human Resources metricsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best PracticesDegree in Human Resources or related field
