Job Description

Experience Qualifications:

· Graduate of BS Psychology or any related courses

· Skilled in using Payroll System and eGov System.

C&B:

1. Company salary data maintenance.

2. Compute the payroll; collect and analyze all pertinent data (time-keeping, leaves), submit the computed payroll to the bank and to management.

3. Develop and update wage and salary structure, as well as incentive programs, for the company to ensure its competitiveness.

4. Process applications and remittances for the Social Security System, Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

5. On a monthly basis, convert the payroll data to an (BIR) Alphalist, and reconcile with Accounting and the external auditor.

Timekeeping:

1. Responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of electronics data and salary/wage records under minimum supervision.

2. Receive and process twice monthly agency payroll and billing . Review for completeness and accuracy and pursue correction as necessary.

3. Follow established guidelines, policies and procedures in performing manpower agency payroll processing and balancing.
