Your day-to-day functions:
● Coordination with the Lead for People Operations with regard to managing government contributions (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR) and DTR’s of interns
● Act as support in managing and reviewing the following: company policies and employee benefits, employee retention and engagement programs
● Act as support in maintaining the HR database and employee 201 files
● Provide response to general HR inquiries, verbal or written.
● Creation of employment certificates and other related documents.
● Facilitates ID application for new hires and existing employees.
● Release HMO IDs, certificates, other similar HR documents to employees
● onboarding administrative tasks such as but not limited to scheduling of orientation and immersion to different departments
● Offboarding administrative tasks such as but not limited to creation of final
documents issuance, assists with clearance process.
● Assists in the seeding and gifting initiatives
● Manages the logistics of sending gifts to influencers
