Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
Benefits designs, implements and administers benefits plans, ensuring that the total benefits package is competitive with the market, meets company objectives, and is compliant. This job family manages relationships and coordinates with third party vendors for benefits plan development and administration, and collaborates with the Internal Communications family to educate employees and promote enrollment.

nstrates knowledge of proxy and other external reporting requirements.Participates in mergers and acquisition activities in order to integrate newly acquired company employees into Cardinal Health's benefits programs.
Qualifications (External Candidates)
Bachelors degree in any related fieldAt least 3+ years experience in an HR Benefits Administration roleExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMust have a clear understanding of statutory and company benefits (eg HMO, retirement, etc)Proven customer support experienceMust be willing to work mid shift (and to work US hours when necessary)Willing to work on site (BGC)
