Recruitment
Performs preliminary sourcing, scheduling and testing applicants according to recruitment schedule.Prepares co

nary and Regular Appointments.Receives and co
nsolidates pre-employment requirements for 201 filing.Issues PEME endorsement form upon approval by the HR Officer.Co
nsolidates and keeps records of HRD data such as man power count, attrition etc. and provides detailed report and analysis on a mo
nthly basis.Regularly mo
nitors the recruitment processes and works to address any areas for improvement in relation to expectations of business managers.Ensures effectiveness of tracking systems for candidates being processed for internal positions .Establishes external networks with government agencies, search service providers, schools and alumni associations, peers in the talent acquisition field, and other organized groups that can be tapped in the talent acquisition effort.
Training and Development
Provides facility tour and introduction of new employees and endorses them to HR Manager for New Employee Orientation.
Employee Relations
Assists in surveying, preparing for logistics for various ER events and initiatives as well as accomplishing Notice to Explain (NTEs), Disciplinary Actions (DAs) and Commendation Letters.Prepares collaterals for ER events such as Birthday Bash, Friday Club etc.
