Summary:
This position is responsible for working and supporting the Data Management Operations teams through use of Workday in executing specialized processes within the system. This includes quality audits, supervisory organization maintenance, security administration, mass data changes and integration management for other downstream systems. The position will also ensure that the quality frameworks are regularly reviewed and adjusted according to the needs of the organization. Finally, the position will also take ownership of all issue tracking until resolution, as well as lead and / or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve the quality of services that HR Service Center provides.

Job Qualification:
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education
EXPERIENCE
Excellent working knowledge of Workday preferred.Experience in performing mass data loads, security & integration management.Strong working knowledge of Human Resources a discipline including the various functions (e.g., New Hire, Promotions/Transfers, Separation, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits or HR IT Systems).Experience working with shared services technology (e.g., ServiceNow, SFDC) is desired.
