Working closely with our Australian brokers and lenders, you’ll use our very own Client 1st platforms and other applications to ensure our high service standards are maintained throughout the loan cycle, from application to post-settlement. With a minimum of three years experience as a Loan Processor or in a similar customer-focused role; you will be responsive, have an eye for detail, and be able to demonstrate what excellent customer service is all about
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Input applications and generate docu
ments such as an application form, “Game Plan” for certain Brokers, SOCA, Client Needs Analysis, other NCCP docu
ments, discharge authority form via Salesforce, Podium, and other broker platforms/CRMEnsure all data is correct and accurate and within SLAIdentify missing information and docu
ments, and follow up brokers as requiredOrder valuations via lender RP Data portalSubmit pricing discount requests via lender/broker portalsAssist in the preparation, assessment, and submission of home loan applicatio
nsSend supporting docu
ments and email pack to lenders after lodgementGenerate client credit reports as per broker requestsFollow-up/liaise with relevant stakeholders (brokers, banks, solicitors, builders, and conveyancers)Follow-up lenders to ensure the file progresses in a timely mannerReceive, classify, name, and save supporting docu

Highly Desirable:
Experience with broker CRMs and software platforms ie MyCRM, Podium, Mercury, Apply Online, Infynity, and FlexExperience in loan processing or file management for the Australian financial services sectorExperience communicating will Brokers and LendersAt least 1 year of relevant experience
