As a Trust Operations Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of highly skilled professionals. To thrive in this role you must be results-oriented and hold your team accountable for meeting the needs of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assists in auditing accounts, records of proof, and certifications to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.Assists in preparing and monitoring the annual budget.Compiles required and special reports on operating functions of the department.Compiles and accurately reports all financial data as required by government regulations.Directs employee training to improve efficiency and ensure conformance to standard procedures and practices.Conducts staff meetings to discuss operational problems or explain procedural changes or practices.Prepares work schedules, assigns duties to personnel, and develops procedures to ensure efficient operation of the Trust Department.
