The Role
As a Fixed Income Section Head, you will directly supervise the back office operations of Peso Fixed Income Securities (both Government Securities & Corporate Securities) as well as the processing of DMCI Homestarter Bond. You will ensure that all transactions are verified/checked as to the validity of transactions and the documents submitted are in accordance with the Bank and Regulator's established policies and regulations.

Supervises the processing of Fixed Income PHP by checking if all controls and procedures are implemented to ensure co
nsistent delivery of service to the client and compliance with the regulatorsChecks completeness and accuracy of transactions encoded into the system to ensure that there are no float items or pending deals before Guava EOD processReviews & authorizes all trades mapped by the FI traders into the NRoss System and PDS clear system to ensure settlement of all done tradesCo
nfirms transfer of securities initiated by the FI processor by approving the same in the Nross system or ECS (for Corporate Bonds) to comply with the regulations signs payment instructions prepared by FI processor generated from the PhilPass Participant Browser to ensure settlement of deals for the day
What we’re looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/BankingAt least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experienceKnowledge in the docu
mentation, settlement, basic accounting, compliance, and regulations related to Fixed Income PHPHas the ability to effectively communicate across al levels within and outside the organizatio
