Purpose of the Position:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Finance Business Partner.

This role is to provide full support in the entire process of searching and identifying new business opportunities primarily aiming to expand existing pool of clinical trial clients. We're looking for someone who is resilient, dynamic, very agile and strong growth mindset.

Support the Business Development Team in increasing the business by identification and development of new business opportunities. Achieve organization business development objectives by ensuring a successful new business integration plan, cascading contract commitment, team recruitment, P&L transfer and commercial operations. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure that Business Development targets are achieved. Implement commercialization plans and amend according to the discussion with partners. Gather qualitative market information through interviews with medical practitioners or field representatives, to get constant updates of market situation and market dynamics.Coordinate new business development projects and initiatives with other business and support units to ensure the smooth implementation. Ensures that all business contracts are aligned with the Regional policies and directives. 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in related fields namely Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, and etc.At least 5 years relevant work experience in marketing in pharmaceutical / FMCG industryWork experience in Financial Planning and AnalysisFamiliarity and background in Activity-based CostingGood communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in both written and spoken EnglishComputer literateGood presentation skillsAmenable to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
