Responsible for developing and administering multiple equity pay programs and payroll tax compliance for all company tax entities.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manages the administration of all equity programs, including stock incentive plans and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Administers and reports on the employee stock databa
se, including respo
nsibility for all SEC reporting requirements. Interacts with stock transfer agent and manages the broker relationship, including coordinating with attorneys regarding stock matters and all levels of employees. Maintains schedules and administers policies regarding insider trading rules and reporting. Ensures tax compliance through informed application of tax laws and regulations. Manages the preparation of W2s and W2cs and the review of all quarter and year end audits/reports. Respo
nds to all payroll-related tax notices. Files abatement of penalties and/or interest requests.Requires a BA degree; 5 years' experience with a variety of compensation programs; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
