Job Description:
Develop the reporting and analysis strategy Develop and design actio
nable business dashboards Define company data assets and manage and improve existing reporting systems Researches new technologies related to business intelligence and makes recommendations or leads implementation of new systems Measures effectiveness of improvements through deep analysis of data on performance metrics striving for cost effective high quality improvements Carries out post-event analysis to validate forecast assumptions and identifies all additio
nal factors associated with the change Drives the technical Business Intelligence processes, infrastructure, mo
nitoring and tools for project delivery Provide co
nsulting and analytic services that support internal and client decision-making Drives operatio
nal excellence through standardization of agreed upon best practices. Drives out defects and ensures processes are in place to positively impact agent and customer experience Supports internal and external program teams for scheduled feature deployments obtaining reporting requirements docu
ments, obtaining signoff, managing risks, and developing key insights on the enhancements Assist in preparing compliance-related reports and procedural docu
mentation Develop custom reports for customers and provide management support Work closely across multiple business units to develop strategy for long-term data platform and business intelligence architecture Measure KPIs for processes and measure progress towards goals set forth by the Governance Board
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in quantitative field, applied mathematics, statistics or engineering Information Technology, or other relevant fields 7 + years relevant experience required 3 + years of direct team management experience Experience in delivering source to pay analysis and reporting Experience in the development of supplier performance reports and dashboards Experience working with business partners in costing models development Highly proficient at working with large data sets and associated tools Experience with ETL tools Demo
nstrated aptitude for analytics to find opportunities and drive results Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Effective communication skills with the ability to ‘tell the story’ Communication at all levels of stakeholders (C-level to Customers) Work effectively across functions, disciplines, and levels Extensive knowledge of research and analysis for a business setting Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as IBM Cognos and Power BI is required Knowledge of SQL is preferred
