We are a bookkeeping company that offers remote bookkeeping services to rental property management companies (clients) throughout the USA. We are rapidly growing and expanding our team!

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration Major in Management Accounting, or Accounting Technology and any related courses (CPA not required)
- 5+ years of experience in General Accounting for non-CPA applicants and 2+yrs for CPA applicants.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Willingness to work US business hours… available and online 8 am-5 pm M-F US
- A fast and reliable Windows 10 computer & super-fast internet
- Proficiency and comfort with technology and your computer, installing windows software, etc
- Quiet work environment

RATE:
Initial hourly rate: $5.00. This is a salaried position; therefore, you will be paid for 40 hours per week.
(Note: All successful applicants will receive a full rate of $5 per hour at the beginning of their 2nd month in OJO Bookkeeping. For the first month of your affiliation with us, bookkeepers will be paid 2.50 or half of the hourly rate while the other half will be deposited to your account upon rendering 6 months of full service.)
Annually on the anniversary of your hire date, you will receive a cost of living raise. We also provide a bonus in December based upon company and personal performance. Your work hours will be 8 am to 5 pm M-F US Mountain Time Zone (adjusts by 1 hour twice per year).
OJO Bookkeeping strives to keep your weekly hours to no more than 40 hours per week, but occasionally/rarely as needed, more hours may be needed. No overtime pay will be received. You will have Paid Time Off (PTO / Holiday Pay) available to you in the amount of 12 days. PTO can be used to cover personal holidays, sick days, vacation days, weather, etc. These days expire on your anniversary date and reset annually on your anniversary date (you receive 12days again). Additionally, you will receive approximately 10 paid holiday days annually. These holidays are a mixture of the US and your country's holidays.
