JOB SUMMARY
The position holder is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company’s overall operations. They oversee all elements such as but not limited to managing P&L, formulating strategy, establishing policies, managing departments, and ensuring the business’ company wide operational excellence.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and train all department heads to ensure alignment to mission and vision of the company.Manage the company’s resources to ensure operations at an efficient capacity and is designed to scale to meet sales objectives.Identifying opportunities to expand, dive deeper or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market.Ensure company competitiveness in the industry through various approaches.Implements strategic approaches in all aspects of operating the business (Hospital Services, Engineering Services, Logistics and Inventory Management, Sales and Business development and Ancillary services)Design and formulate strategy and set goals and KPI’s for each stakeholderBuild ways to co

QUALIFICATIONS
Work experience in a similar leadership position (C-Suite, Overall management role, GM) for at least 10 years in a good standing company large P&LSuccess in top level change management initiative (corporate transformations, organizatio
