Responsibilities:

Apply knowledge of food material properties, functional ingredients and food additives when developing product formulas and processes and evaluation of alternative ingredients.Perform creative conceptualization, formulation, prototype evaluation, optimization and standardization, cost calculation, commercial translation and product launch.Incorporate in-depth knowledge of food quality and safety to product design and development; food microbiology and food chemistry in the development of product standards and process parameters relative to food safetyResponsible for the design and development of new product development, product & process improvement, cost optimization and product maintenance initiativesWith direct supervision by the higher executives, you are to support and/or execute all or parts of exploration/conceptualization as well as the creative process to discover new and/or further develop existing Technology.Apply Food Standards, laws & regulations in all undertakings.RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Food Technology / Food Chemistry / Chemistry or equivalent Food Science.Preferably 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.Preferably with Research and Development experience in canning processed meat, sauces, mixes, marination and manufacturing process.Full-Time position(s) available.
