Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reports to VP-Administration In charge of importation and monitoring shipmentsChecks completeness and accuracy of Brokers’ Billing and InvoicesRegularly coordinates with principals from Europe, USA, & SE AsiaIssues purchase ordersPlans purchase requisitions with our Sales TeamKeeps abreast of pricing trends of goods purchasedPrepares product costing or cost computation prompt settlement of claims due to complete loss, short shipments, damages. etc.Submits trade payables report to Accounting DeptChecks completeness of supplier accreditation requirementsSubmits recommendations and analysisPerforms other tasks which may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in any Course.Familiarity with Customs procedures.At least 3 years experience in importationBackground in Ingredients or Chemicals is an advantage. Skills: Clerical, Communication, Negotiation, Shipment MonitoringLanguage Proficiency in English and Tagalog.Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.2 Full-Time positions available.
