By joining us as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will deliver supply chain reports and support programs in Inventory Management and Sales and Operations Planning.

In this capacity, you will maintain a high level of quality service and identify process movements in assigned areas. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supports operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Assist in the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process by gathering and coordinating all required data such as inventory, shipments, open orders, production, and PT sales.Generate reports and advanced data visualization in business intelligence tools.Submit a Weekly Top 30 report in Inventory Monitoring and update target and action items based on the Planning Department Meeting.Support Manila supply chain initiatives and perform tasks assigned by the immediate superior or business unit contacts.Submit a monthly forecast report for the Retail and Proteam families; update monitoring files and charts for the Sales and Operations Planning meeting.Implement at least 2 Waste Walk or improvement projects for the year.Support standard processes by sharing initiatives among Supply Chain teams and maintaining a high standard of existing support, such as forums, benchmarking, and project reviews.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant courses.3 years related experience in Supply Chain.Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, macros), and knowledgeable in MS PowerPoint and another MS Office applicationStrong analytical skills, both in written and verbal form. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, or anomalies, as well as root cause, and suggest viable solutions derived from insightsKnowledgeable in Domo/ Tableau/Power BI is a plus
